Hello,
I bought a 01 dodge ram 1500 as is from this place in Oct of last year, Since then I have tried to email talk to someone about getting a few necessary items such as a jack, lug wrench, and the rod for letting down the spare tire to no avail.
What does it take to get a responce?
RESPONSE:
My name is Randy May and I am the Internet Mgr here for Dick’s Auto Group. I would first of all like to apologize for the lack of attention to your concerns. I do not know the details but we pride ourselves on service and clearly you are not getting it. For that I am deeply sorry.
Contacting us via the web is a great way to communicate. Please provide me your information and my office will quarterback getting you an answer. What name did you purchase the vehicle under? Do you remember who the salesperson was? Which store did you purchase from? What is your contact information?
This will probably require a couple minute phone conversation to get the process of answering your concern started. I will be in Seattle Thur for training but please email me your information and I will start the process.
Thank You,
Randy May

Again, I will be glad to help you. Please contact me. I do not have your contact info or know who you are so I can not contact you. If you sent me email, I did not get it. Which store did you purchase your vehicle from. Please re-send any email to info@dickscountrydodge.com as I will be out of town assisting the Boy Scouts for the next several days, but at this address my assistant will get your email as well. I would really like to help you if possible. Thanks, Randy May
Looking for a 4 door sedan (maybe a Merc Sable).
Requirements: good gas mileage
easy to get in and out of
adjustable seats
roomy back seat
leather interior
smooth and quiet ride
handles easily
dealership must have good maintenance and/or repair service
I currently drive a 99 Merc Grand Marquis which has fairly low mileage and is excellent condition. Don’t need something that big. Drove Lincolns previously.

Randy,
Thank you for getting the tools for the 01 ram pickup.
Just like you said my smiling face and me showed up on Monday and your guys had the right stuff.
I want to thank you again for your help.
Hello Randy, I purchased an 08 Dodge Diesel Ram 2500 last June from Vicki Smith. Mark Fuchs answered most of the phone calls and I ended up talking with him mostly. My problem is that both Vicky and Mark said that there was 2 keys for the truck…but they only had 1 when I picked the truck up. They both promised that 1 would be sent in the mail. Its now over 3 months and still no key. I would like to buy 1 key and have it sent with the promised key. Can you help with this?
Thanks, Ross
RESOPONSE:
In process of resolving
Hello, I tried using the email contact page but it won’t work so I hope you can help me with a question…recently my 1999 windstar se that I purchased there was totalled, and my insurance agent told me to ask you how much you would sell a car like mine if you had one in your lot. It is a 1999 windstar se with all the regular stuff including leather, sport rims, both side doors (one power door), and towing pkg. The VIN is 2FMDA5241XBC29318
Thank you,
george.
RESPONSE: We recieved this and responded to it. Thanks for letting us know about the communication issue.
My wife and I were in the market for a 08 Town & Country van. I emailed Dicks and received a response within 2 minutes. The sales person who called me was Mandy and we ended up purchasing the vehicle from her and her associate Mike Belden. I have to admit the price was so fantastic that I flew from Medford to pick it up. I rode the Max train from Portland to Hillsboro, which was an adventure in it self. They had everything ready for me and the process went flawlessly. I will defiantly buy from them again.

Hi,
I was interested in the red RX 8 you guys had out front. I emailed you guys several times, but no response.
Sure I could have called, but I work a busy job and haven’t had the time to chat it up recently. With a quick email form on your website it’s frustrating that nobody responded to either of my inquiries.
Needless to say, the car is now sold. Whats up with that?
My husband and I are looking for a 2008 aspen or durango. what are the current rebates available. thank you
