I bought a car from you yesterday and I wanted to thank you for such a friendly and comfortable experience. Scott W. assured me when I called yesterday morning that the 2006 Mustang I was interested in looking at, was still available. He said he would have it ready for me to look at when I arrived, and he surely did!! He introduced me to Scott Sargeant who took us for a test drive. It was love at first sight...me and the car :) The car (her name is Stella) belongs to me now and I wanted to thank you for a very pleasant car buying experience. Please take a moment and acknowledge Scott W., Scott Sargeant and Mike DiSantis for their quick and friendly service. I am certainly going to tell everyone who compliments me on my new car where I bought it and why I will always return.

A very pleased customer,

The 2011 Ford Ranger doesn't look anything like previous Rangers. To me it looks like a Ford Explorer Sport Track. Lets see pictures of the F100 now.

two weeks ago I had my jeep grand cherokee 120,000+ schedule maintenance in your 5 star service department in Hillsboro: some of the suggested maintenance needed on my car are:
engine oil change, transmission fluid change, brake fluid flush, radiator flush.
all of these suggested maintenance recomendation were completed, and paid them full.

My comment is when I picked up my jeep, one of the service staff told me that they found a broken snap ring in the transmission pan. His recommendation is to remove and disassemble the transmission to determine the cause. One thing I dont like is they never called me or notify me when they found this broken snap ring in the transmission pan.

A good mechanic should know where it came from by looking at it. I dont have any idea how can this 6"half round snap ring can even get through the pan?

I dont have peace of mind when Im driving my car because of this issue.

Other thing I just had my engine oil changes three weeks ago, and they told me that my oil is really dark and need changes and this things make me wonder if I will trust your service maintenance department to do my jeep schedule maintenance again.
I work at Intel corporation I hope you have a good reputation the way you do your bussiness.

Thanks,
Mario

Thank you for your feedback and taking the time to visit our blog. I understand your concern and you are correct that it is a common misconception that the 72 hour right of return or right of rescission applies to automobile sales. This law was written to cover house call sales primarily such as when the encyclopedia salesperson or vacuum cleaner salesperson knocked on your door. It is commonly called the "Home Solicitation Rule". Generally speaking, any ability to alter a car purchase after the fact is is based on a contract that can not be fulfilled. Since there was not a completed purchase, it can be modified. This is similar to when people leave with a car and think it is a completed sale, only to get a call in a couple of days saying that they need to bring the car back because the bank is unable to fund it. The other time is based on the policies of the dealer that allow it such as ours. Some other dealerships have offered that you can "exchange" but not just return a vehicle. Most of these policies, including ours, only cover pre-owned vehicles and new car purchases are still final at the time of delivery pending factors such as funding or other contract issues. Feel free to contact the DOJ's Consumer Fraud Division at 503-378-4732 for more information about Oregon law concerning this matter. If you want more information, you can contact me direct and I can give you the number of the lawyer for the Oregon Auto Dealers Association and he would be willing to talk with you as well. Again, thank you for visiting our blog and we look forward to working with you in the future.

The ad you are currently running is insulting to the public and anyone who has been a salesman! Everyone has "72 hours buyers regret" Respect the buying public! you are not making ANY exceptional offer on your daddy behalf. We all must honor the "all ready written" law.
