I live in So. California and my daughter lives in Beaverton. She had transmission problems on her 2004 focus. Called me and asked for help. I told her to go to the local Ford dealer and see what they say. She met Mr. Roger Mackenzie, the service advisor/mgr. He was helpful, prompt and more than willing to see that my daughter was completely satisfied. The car was brought in at 8am and she had it back, repaired by 5 that evening. It is good to know professionals like Mr. Mackenzie are still out there and take “Pride” in their work. Thank you Mr. Mackenzie and your staff. You have earned our service business.
